About the job
We are a leading E-commerce service provider in the Greater China and Southeast Asia (SEA) market. With advanced technologies and experienced operations team, we provide best-in-class Trade Partner/Enabler/Technology services to international brands and expand their online business in these fast-growth markets.
We are looking for a talented Customer Service Exec to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inquiries from buyers via live chat channels (Lazada, Shopee etc)
- To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with buyers
- To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
- Coordinate and monitor all customers orders from submission until final delivery
- Liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team
- Participate in customer service related meeting
QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Preferably 2 years experience in Customer Service field
- Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking and written skill
- Positive, self oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environment
- Willing to work shift (including weekend / Public Holiday)
