Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with relevant products/services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
  • Persuasive and convincing abilities to present products/services in a compelling manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and appointments.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or travel if necessary.

Job Scope:

Prospect Communication: Responding to inquiries and engaging with potential customers via various channels, including email, phone, and WhatsApp, to provide product/service information and address questions.

Lead Management: Managing leads and maintaining accurate records in CRM software, tracking interactions and progress through the sales pipeline.

Appointment Setting: Scheduling and organizing meetings with prospects to understand their requirements, discuss product/service offerings, and present solutions tailored to their needs.

Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits and value of the products/services to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms and prices with clients and using effective sales techniques to close deals and secure sales.

Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, providing post-sale support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Generating regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and updating management on sales progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
