1. Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations 2. Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products 4. Price tagging and arrangement of stocks 5. Carry out the daily work of live operations 6. Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment 7. Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times 8. Assist in stock takes and other events 9. To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
To carry on the business of trading, online trading and marketing, export & import of consumer products including all and every kinds of gold jewelries.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
